Default New Member with PCM experiment Cervical Disk Replacement c5/6

thanks to all who share their pain and success with everyone. I am on my 5th year of a clinical trial for the PCM cervical disk. I have never been happier. Unfortunately, new symptoms has shown up and I am back to the constant pain. Fortunately it is NOT because of the replacement disk, but herniation of two additional disks. I look forward to searching for others and to help anyone who has questions about their pain.

    Hi rscko,

Welcome to the Spine Patient Society!

Thanks for sharing your story with us. What was your quality of life / level of pain before having the PCM cervical disc placed? It would be great to hear about your history prior to placement of the disc.

I'm sorry that you are dealing with additional levels. How are you proceeding with the other levels (do you know at this point)?
