Default New member - spinal stenosis

    Hello,
I am a new member glad to have found this site. I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and have been in pain off and on and now in continuous pain. Have had physical therapy, steroid blocks and take painkillers everyday. I am at the point that I have decided I hate not being able to exercise, and take walks etc. My Orthopedic Dr. Asked me to read up on Nuvasive, so I am exploring all there is out there to be able to make an informed and comfortable decision. It's great to have found this site to learn from others. THANKS
