    Kiki,
I'm sure Justin helped you out but just to make sure, since I had the trouble with the signature, the "settings" is in a black area at the top of the screen. On my computer it is nearly unreadable but somehow I got into a light where I could read it. If you can see the "Welcome" on the top line of the page, it is on that same line, further to the right.
    Diagnosis:
    Degenerative disc disease throughout spine
Generalized disc bulging with mild narrowing of thecal sac in L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1.
    Moderate spinal stenosis L4-L5
    Foraminal narrowing
    Recent compression Fx at T10,T11.
    Treatment:
    Spinal decompression 2007
Cortisone injection in lower back in 2010
    Relieved of pain for now
    Hope for ADR

    Kiki,
Actually I don't run now because of my back. My log on name came from when I was running in Kansas City where we cross the state line between Kansas and Missouri very often. Therefore "Kan" stands for Kansas, "Mo" stands for Missouri. It was very hard for me to give up running since it was a big part of my social life and I ran with several running clubs. I don't know if running hurt me or not but I know my back hurts.
