Hello Everyone,

I wanted to post a brief tutorial on how to upload an "Avatar" (picture) for your Spine Patient Society Profile.

Here's how to upload your Avatar picture:

1. Click on "Settings" in the upper right-hand corner of the Forum
2. Then, scroll down and click on "Edit Avatar" on the left-hand side
3. Upload an image
4. Click "Save Changes"
