Hello,
Kara here! I am getting lot of information from this site. I fell in Jan. 2011 and have had pain since that time. I've had a laser disectomy at LSI. Since then I'm worse. Presently seeing Dr. Chris Centeno for in platelet therapy. I'm 39 and very healthy otherwise. Not over weight, actually underweight. I was diagnosed with annular tears in L4L5. Thanks. Nice to find help.
