    Default Any Floridians here?

    Hello!

My husband & I will be relocating to sunny SW Florida within the next month or so. I was wondering if there are any Florida residents on this board who may be able to suggest a good pain management doctor in the Ft. Myers area?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's hard enough trying to get things together for the move. Trying to find a new set of doctors is going to be harder.

    Thanks!

    Default Locating a Pain Specialist

    Hi Karin,

Good luck with the move and all that comes along with it! This might be a good resource to help find a new pain specialist:

    Good luck with everything!

    Hi Justin!

Thanks for the info. Looks like there are a few doctors who are within an hour away from where I am moving to.

When I went to see my pain mgmt. doc last week, he basically told me to bring a list of names with me the next time I see him & he can tell by looking at the names who he can refer me to.

I told him I was moving next month, but he seems convinced that I will see him again before I leave. Not sure about that though since I spent $60 in train fare & close to 4 hours traveling to & from his office only to be seen by him for 5 minutes.
