    Hi All

My pain levels are down. This seems to happen more often and the pain also become worse. I think my L5-S1 is very unstable and goes out. My Sciatica is now worse and may subside with some work?

Thank You all for your concerns

I would like to see an X Ray next time this happens.

On a new note my neck has been bothering me. Time to see what is going on there

On Dr. P I have sent him a email well just have to wait and see.
