    Hi Pete,

I'm one week ahead of you without fusion. Watch overdoing it as I learned the hard way that it only ultimately slows things down. I still can't sit for a long time when going out to dinner and am forcing myself to slow down.

This seems to be working well - what I'm finally realizing is that when I rest in reasonable amounts of time and take meds when I need them, I am able to do more - I just have to spread it out and not push through the pain or keep going because I feel guilty if I stop.
Great to hear you're doing well. Keep it up!

Yes, Pete, I would have to agree with Natalie. Just slow down a bit. To go from walking 0 miles to 4 miles in 1 day is just too much, in my humble opinion. Not wanting to discourage you in the least, but we have all been there, done that, so no need for you to repeat some of our mistakes. Sounds like all in all, you have your meds just right, so I wouldn't lower those yet either, per Kathy's advice, which is spot on. You are making some fine progress. My best to you.
