Jack of all Trades -- I have to say I like your coping Mechanism that's an awsome idea!! I live in the mountains of North Georgia and the mountains have been such a comfort to me. Unfortunately our home does not have a direct view of the mountains we are nestled in the woods.I use to ride motorcycle up to the mountains to get my mountain fix but two weeks ago we went out for a ride in the mountains and pulled out of a overlook that had uneven road we laid the bike down and I really hurt my back. So anyhow I have given up that for now and miss my mountains. So I'm going to borrow your idea and try the visualization.I wonder if I visualize hard enough that I'm smoking a dubee my pain will go away ?? Just a thought ?? Thanks for the idea.

I didn't like Pot when I was in college, made me hack. Too much of an asthma problem.
    Seriously.
My husband keeps telling me I should try medical marijuana. Geeze. He thinks it would be better than the drugs I am on now. (This is usually when he has had a few beers and our neighbor, who smokes, is around). Heck, my brother used to grow it (hydroponically in fact). Funny stories about that...

In my town, there is a lady taking the town to court because she cannot get her medical pot. She has a legitimate use for it. She is blind, has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and the pot (and she does not use the stokie, she uses the medical tablets or whatever) helps her symptoms. Cerebral palsy patients can have terrible contractions of muscles.
She needs this medication and they are denying her by closing down the dispensary.

Chasswen, where have you been? Spending too much time at that other site? We could use more of your funny jokes.

I think it (the pot, not Chasswen) should be legalized. My two cents.

Caitlin, Georgia is really beautiful. I think of Georgia on my mind when you talk about your state.

The irony in this is that when I was in HS, we were told smoking pot would lead up to using opiates. Now when we try to go the other direction.............

    Bob,

    Too funny.

I guess that means I didn't need pot to lead to opiates.
I took out the middle equation.
