    Default pain management appt.

Does anyone know roughly how long it takes for the body to adjust from an increase in a fentanyl patch? I found myself being so sleepy on my last increase that I went back down. I feel like I need to revisit the increase, but was curious about others experience with the side effect of sleepiness.
