    It has relevance because you were explaining to me how to work up a patient.

    I wasn't explaining to you how to work up squat. I was talking in generalities, as I have been the entire time. I hold no interest whatsoever in your career, nor you in mine. What on earth makes you think I care how some doctor diagnoses his patients.
