hi, have done plif rehab, i put a weight limit on what i could lift, moved position every 30 mins, only did any activity for a small period of time to see if it agreed with me (i usually knew the next day if I had done anything to "upset it". it was extremely tedious being limited what i could do. focusing on the end goal really helped, as it was i only got some bone growth on one side so it was good practice for my next attempt.
