Default HydroTherapy Guide (does anyone have one?)

I am looking for Hydrotherapy guide post ADR M6-L. I want to make sure I am doing the right movements in the water when I can and do not do something stupid. Also the timing of the movements is good to know as related to post operative phase.

you need a physiotherapist to personally show you at this early stage. everyone is different depending on their condition before surgery.
