    Thanks Gilbert. I was at the doc today, his plan is now a two level foraminotomy and a laminotomy. Possible end of this week early next week, we will see. Insurance denied this one too but he said not to worry as he just needed to resubmit some paper work...(not sure what he was missing).

    Knowing insurance companies, they probably need him to resubmit the diagnosis in crayon so the insurance company's surgical specialist can understand it better......

    Yes! I had to do the same pictures with numbers to color by and still took forever.

    Got the approval today, surgery is Friday. I was surprised at the speed as I know my doctors schedule is very busy, I am grateful to get this done....I know my never will swell after it is released and it will not be fun but that means I am on my way.

    Gilbert, yes it was. I think the doc realized the level of pain has been escalating and wanted to get me in. I am more pleased than I thought as today has been a very bad day.
