Information (Collecting information for an appeal with insurance company)

Hi folks,

I am in the process of putting together my 2nd level appeal.

If you or someone you know have had single level fusion of lumbar region AND had Aetna cover the procedure, can you please message me with your name and the date the procedure was done, it would help me tremendously with my appeal. I will discuss details with you in private.

I should also say if you have had lumbar fusion, single level, regardless of insurance company can you message me with your name, date of fusion and insurance company? That would also be very helpful for my appeal.
