Well after 13 years of neck pain, and the more recent numbness and other issues, it sounds like you've made really major progress. Hopefully what you described before as the remaining soreness will go away soon although if I recall correctly you just had your surgery in August so it can definitely take a bit of time (especially after such a long period before).

Completely off of pain meds since a few days post-op and symptom-free; have returned to cycling, climbing and all other activities (but staying off the motorcycle)
