    Hi Keano,

I know this thread doesn't have any replies as of yet. Hopefully, someone with PLDD will come along and post their experience. As we've shared by private message, the outcomes over many years of literature for PLDD have demonstrated much success.

PLDD is one unbelievably good technology and approach.

Problem is doctors education. It is pretty difficult and expensive, and that is the reason why this procedure is not so common.

    Indications for PLDD are:

    • Spinal stenosis caused by herniated disc.

    • Erectile disfunction

    • Treatment of cauda equina syndrome

    • Cervical, lumbar, and thoractic herniation.

Also, its not mentioned in Dr. Choy's (PLDD founder) newest article but I would include:

    • Tretment of discogenic back pain (according to study: Percutaneous laser disc decompression in the treat...[Photomed Laser Surg. 2004] - PubMed Result)
