CL, I didn't want to leave you hanging (I am struggling with some withdrawals right now).
Have you had any changes in medication? activity?
Make sure to stay well hydrated--if you are tired and sleeping a lot, this could a sign that your body is fighting off a common cold, etc.
While I can't give medical advice online, I would suggest taking things easy and listening to your body (rest as needed)...this could be transient.

0 p.m., I felt like a ton of bricks hit me, and I slept for 10-11 hours. I wasn't sick, just fatigued.
