    Gil--thanks for the info on cupping. I saw a show that featured cupping recently...interesting stuff.

    Been doing acupuncture twice a week - for a month now for my neck - helps some - but it comes back - I have to keep up with it at least for now. However, if it helps me to take less meds then i am all for it - As the nurse who is licensed says if you are bone on bone it wont help but if you have arthritus or somewhere in the middle it can be very helpful for the arthritis & the other you just have to see - much of it depends on how knowledgeable they are & how long practicing the art.
