Default Discogenic low-back pain can be stopped in L2 ganglion?

Some interesting information for everyone that suffers from discogenic low-back pain.

According to scientific articles, discogenic low-back pain (transmited by sinu-vertebral nerve endings) has "strange" route, and it first reaches L2 ganglion.

So, pain could be simply stopped by medicine infiltration directly in L2 ganglion.

    Hi Keano

Ive had that done alot of times now. There is some articles I think in the pain management section regarding this as well and I also have some others that may be of interest to U.

Its alittle different to a medial branch block as the Dorsal Rami Ganglion control both movement and feeling unlike the medial branch that is just feeling.

There is also some proof that the nerves can sometimes run thru L1 as well so L1 may also need to be burned.

I never got complete pain relief from it but it was enough to enable me to resume a normal life.

I also found that the RF would last longer each time the same nerve was burned with it only lasting a month to start with but after a dozen burns it was lasting yrs.

If U have any questions on it please email me and I can explain so more.

Hopefully it helps ease the pain for U.

    Best of luck

    Mark
