Yes Gil, I read the book several times over, maybe 7 years ago, and was religious about doing some of the exercises. This was not long after my bicycle accident, when I was desperately searching for answers to my pain. I will say there is some terrific information in there, and I especially got relief from the exercises for my neck. My back was so far gone, fractured in 2 places, and still didn't know it after 5 trips to the ER. I believe I could have received some relief if it wasn't so messed up. Definitely a very worthwhile read.I highly recommend it. The author is Pete Egoscue.
