    Hi Justin

    My back pain is very mild, still have some nerve issues in my right leg, left leg is back to a 5 in nerve pain? Dr thinks it is scar tissue?
    Back on another dose pack and ketoralic ??
    This may help my Vasculitis? now wearing compression socks.

    Results from my EMG and numb fingers, Ulnar nerve scar tissue compression I now have splints on both arms feeling like Frankinstien for two weeks, If no relief Surgery to move the nerves

    Typing is a test of my patients

    I will just keep moving forward.

    L4-L5 Annular fissure with mild central stenosis and moderate facet hypertrophy.
    L5-S1 bilaterial neural foraminal narrowing with inferior effacement.
    L2-L3 Right-sided neural foraminal narrowing

    I wear these too. They do look funny and are annoying at first; but they really do help me with the numbness and tingling, almost instantly when putting them on. Typing get easier, just takes practice. I've got my right are one on right now...
    31 years old- 1/06- In wreck with 18 wheeler at 25 years old; 6/06- Head on collision on Interstate, both wrecks other drivers fault. Numerous MRI's, PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, TENS therapy, massage therapy, facet injections, epidural injections, Nerve study, Discogram, confirms pain in L4/5, IDET, decompression, Bi-lateral neurotomy L3/4/5, denied by insurance twice, in Active L clinical trial, had surgery March 17, 2009 in Miami, FL- received Active L disc at 29 years old. Pain and medication free as of October 2010!Mommy to Emma- 8 years, Ava- 6 years & had baby Eli after ADR, via c-section on March 25, 2011 , completely pain free still!

    my splints go from my wrist up to my arm pits wrapped in ace bandage.

    going to the bathroom is a battle

    I can remove them to shower

    Wow! That is crazy! Mine are just wrist bands, they cover about 3/4 of my forearm and go over my hand and between my thumb, leaving my fingers and elbow exposed. It is hard to type in them, since I can't bend my wrists; but they really help me. The numbness drives me nuts, ugh...
