Hubby decided to shovel snow last time we had quite a bit of snow. He did one small sidewalk and was over it. LOL That's hard work, looks easy when someone else is doing it. I'd definitely be one paying a service to do it.
We are having Spring like weather here and I'm loving it. Our high today is 75 and low is 62 and sunny. We have had a nice couple of weeks, though the other day it was 55 and windy, so pretty cold for me. Now come Summer I'll be singing a different tune about our unusual warmness....

Glad to hear that things are settling albeit slowly. I was wondering how you'd been getting along after your trip to ER & pain management. It took a good 4 days for my symptoms to settle down after the unfortunate deep massage I had on my back. Hope your headaches start to ease more each passing day.

Thank-you Ruth. I still haven't been able to shake these headaches yet, and some blurry vision now too. Don't know what's up with that. I'm having that cervical block this Wednesday, but I have been debating whether I should make a call and appointment to my regular primary care doc, since this blurry vision has started too. I keep thinking it's gonna go away. We'll see. Hopefully nothing. CL

I really feel with you, especially the headaches, as I have had my share of really bad headaches coming from my neck. After my neck surgery they were reduced, what a relief, but they still happen and when they do it seems my regimen of pain meds (hydrocodone 7.5 and extra ibo's) doesn't really do much, so they are still pretty strong. Your message is so important to others to be carefull with these manipulations when one has spine problems. People keep telling me I should have massage or this or that chiro and it gets really old to explain that not only does it not help but can make things much worse. Years ago before my low back surgery a chiropractor also just about put me into the ER and days later i was so stupid to go back to have them "fix" it. OMg STAY AWAY from them if you supect anything with your spine! It made me hurt so incredbly bad!! So today i am extremely distrustful of anybody getting close to my spine as i cherish anyday when it is not to bad and I make a wide maneuver around any massage chairs.

I hope your headaches go away soon!

    HI CL

Just catching up on your thread I am truly sorry for your continuing pain, I am sending all my prayers your way.

I recently went to a chiro to try and realign my spine, The message felt good, very deep, BUT the cracking of my spine was not. It took me 10 days to get better, never again!

Be positive and positive things will happen
