    Default Medicine for DDD?

I was looking through my welcome packet for the stem cell procedure I'm having done, and they recommended that I take this particular medicine, which shows to improve blood circulation in discs. They say this will help provide a better environment for the stem cells to grow in. In any case, even without the stem cells, couldn't this help with decompression treatments, etc?
