I was wondering the forums thoughts on Mesencheme supplements and Shark Cartilage. I have a feeling its "quackery" but I was wondering if anybody has had supplements containing these 2 things and it actually helped the health of the discs out in terms of keeping the cartilage stronger or even rehydrating the discs a little? They claim its some stem cells somehow but again idk, sounds quackery lol.

Shark cartilage has been used for years. They are one of the few animal life forms that do not get cancer. I believe aligators are also on the list. May be something to it.
