Not only can they turn the disc light,http://www.spinepatientsociety.org/f...wreply&p=15129 they can regrow it from almost nothing. That's what the results were for Mesoblasts disc product in preclinical trials:

FDA needs to push this product through. Mesoblast is waiting on them to OK phase II human trials.
