    Hi Cher,

I know this is late, but they will most likely evaluate you today. Physical therapy for a multi-level fusion should be gentle and focused. The aquatic therapy will allow you to "limber up" while avoiding high impact activities.

Hopefully, your appointment went well and they were gentle!

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for getting back to me and for placing my stats in. How do I update that? I wanted to add my hyperflexion injury to my neck in my young 20"s, chiropratic for years, 2 auto accidents, and also prior to 2nd surgey I had nerve root injections.

    Thanks again,

Yes, finally. It takes so much effort to type as it is. The strain and stress in my neck and shoulders keeps me ridgid. Thanks for the follow-up.

I only have two more PT visits. I see my surgeon for my 2nd/last post op this Wed. They will do another x-ray...I am back driving now but the pain I am having at the C6-T1 is not good. Finally I get my mobility back and now this! I already have a peek cage at 3/4 and fusion at 4/5 5/6 and a doctor saying rods/screws could be next! I say no way!
