The Living Arts yoga DVD collections are the ones I use, and have found to be very good. You can look for the ones that say "for beginners". There are some titles that I have, and can recommend (though I would probably modify the poses, or even avoid some poses at the start). Always watch the program first, before trying to do it.
Here are a couple that I would recommend. This is based on the DVD's that I own, and have used (but the DVD's are not the exact same ones, as mine are years old, and it looks like they have re-packaged them - though they are likely to be the same work-outs).

* the AM yoga program is very good. And is probably the one I would start with, when I start it up again. It is mostly about stretching, and a lot of the work is done laying on the floor, kind of nice for just waking up.

Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss

*I like this one because it has 4 different levels of flexibility, all doing the same program, but modifying the poses as needed. You can watch all 4 people, or you can watch specifically the one person who matches your abilities. Most of the poses are in the beginners range. When I would do this, sometimes I would only do portions of the work-out, not the entire thing.
