Cathy, they are not sure what time my surgery is on Thursday. I should find out tomorrow.

Brad, thanks for the post and the well wishes! I'm glad you're here and we'll have to catch up soon!

Chuck, thanks and I'll keep you posted on my progress!

I'm headed to bed, as I have to check into the Hospital at 8am tomorrow...as I just wrote that, it is all starting to hit me. Yikes!

I'm glad I am not the only one that takes pictures of random things. I have a ton of drawbridge pictures from Florida, very amusing for me as I had never seen a drawbridge in person. As well as native plants, lots of scenery, the infamous airplane pictures of myself and my brother on my first trip, looking out of the airplane (really is a great aerial view, just like you see on tv), etc. I love pictures, love other people pictures, I actually ask to see others pictures of their kids/grandkids/dog/cat/whatever... they are truly worth a thousand words. Keep posting the cool pics, sounds like the hospitality is awesome, and we are praying for you!

Glad all the pre-op testing went well. What a nice room, and how wonderful they were able to make room for you all to be together. I'm sure it will be so reassuring to have them both there for you.

Sleep well, and good luck. See you on the other side.

    Justin,

With 3 beds in the room you've increased the odds of the orderly choosing the wrong bed. You may want to wear those "bullseye" pajamas tonight....
If not, how does your brother feel about DSS ?

Good luck in surgery. You're in our thoughts and prayers.
