I had surgery to keep me from a wheel chair two months ago, could not run, limp when walking, numbness of hands etc.. was progressively getting worse. Now can walk and run but hands are slow to recover. Because of low insurance still have not seen a PT for help. Anyone know any tricks ?

They have already said, will prob. need more surgery, but will try anything to not have to go thru that again.
