Congratulations on making it to the other side! I'm glad that you are finding the posts and information here helpful and supportive.

I found myself reading and re-reading your posts for support. Funny as I'm not "that" person - (too independent to "need" any sort of support. ahem.) But found all of it remarkably refreshing and uplifting.

I never thought I would connect with people online years ago for support (I'm too independent as well). However, I remember how helpful it was to read what others had gone through and it was refreshing to find people that could actually relate.

Each day will get progressively better and you will find that you will be able to sleep more, swallow without pain and things will fall into place. Please keep us posted on your progress, as we do care.

I was happy to read that you are pulling through, hopefully things settle out for you.

I noticed in your first post that you previously had surgery to correct scoliosis. I have a moderate scoliosis myself and was wondering if you received any cautions during your medical work up. I'm unclear if there are concerns with cervical adr and a history of scoliosis. Also, if you encounter any challenges that are thought to be secondary to the scolisos please let me know.
