Hi thanks for coming to my thread.

I started my blog a few days ago and I put some pictures I took in Bogen to the blog.
If you are interested in Prospine, you might enjoy some of them although the blog is written all in Japanese.

    ??????[???]?????????????????

I started to have some inquiries about ADR these days.

I believe it's good to the people who had only option of fusion.

Hi, it's 13 months post-op for me and doing incredibly fine.

I'm in middle of 1 year follow up but nothing bad with my condition.

    No pain.

the surgery gave me pure 6 + hours of sitting time with no pain everyday.
I say to others it's 90 % recovery now and a little bit more to go but I don't have any complaint in
everyday life. zero low back pain.

I do lat pulldowns with 4 weight stacks. same with leg extensions. I feel I will be able to do
    almost anything I coundn't do pre-op.

I exchanged e-mails with a doctor in U.S., I told him about hotels and restaurants in Bogen. He had double cervical adr by Dr. B and doing well.

I exchanged e-mails with ex major league player who had 5 ( all ) lumbar adr one months after my op last year, he tells me no problem playing 18 holes of golf at 11 months post-op.

I talked ( using skype )to a lawyer in Canada who is going to have double cervical adr in a few months, she tells me she is more comfortable making decisions now after hearing my experiences.

And a friend of mine may go to Germany to have double lumbar adr in near future which I believe is the first in my country. I'm still the first and only who had lumbar adr in my country.

    Overall, I say I'm 90 % now, and 100 % satisfied.

Ken- It's great hearing from you! So glad that you are doing so wonderfully. I'm sure in the next 6 months you will go from 90 to 100% improvement. I never dreamed I'd feel this good again, forgot what it felt like. You are doing a great thing sharing your experience and time with others who are seeking ADR. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Cindylou

Interesting thing is I get many English speaking patients ask about my experience in Germany. They have certain amount of knowledge about ADR already so, it's kinda quick encourage for them taking their steps toward the surgery. In my country, their questions start from " What is ADR ? " so, it's a bit more to go. I personally feel people should think, research about it at least 6 months or a year or maybe more if their time allows.

    Hi KBear

I'm enjoying to reach to 100 % although I'm already satisfied with the results.
I feel the same as you. I am forgetting what it felt like It's good of our ablity to forget bad painful days. Please take care of yourself. By the way, My birthday is April 6

    Hi Alison

I do a little bit of cycling ( indoor ) for my rehabilitation these days. It's good to keep having hope and imagine what you want to do when you got better in near future. we gather knowledge and all the experience here online
