Hi, it's 13 months post-op for me and doing incredibly fine.
I'm in middle of 1 year follow up but nothing bad with my condition.
No pain.
the surgery gave me pure 6 + hours of sitting time with no pain everyday.
I say to others it's 90 % recovery now and a little bit more to go but I don't have any complaint in
everyday life. zero low back pain.
I do lat pulldowns with 4 weight stacks. same with leg extensions. I feel I will be able to do
almost anything I coundn't do pre-op.
I exchanged e-mails with a doctor in U.S., I told him about hotels and restaurants in Bogen. He had double cervical adr by Dr. B and doing well.
I exchanged e-mails with ex major league player who had 5 ( all ) lumbar adr one months after my op last year, he tells me no problem playing 18 holes of golf at 11 months post-op.
I talked ( using skype )to a lawyer in Canada who is going to have double cervical adr in a few months, she tells me she is more comfortable making decisions now after hearing my experiences.
And a friend of mine may go to Germany to have double lumbar adr in near future which I believe is the first in my country. I'm still the first and only who had lumbar adr in my country.
Overall, I say I'm 90 % now, and 100 % satisfied.

It is so good to hear from you and thank-you for sharing your success story! It sounds like you have been a sounding board for others along the way too, who are seeking relief from pain. Good for you! Keep on keeping on.
, completely pain free still!
" so, it's a bit more to go. I personally feel people should think, research about it at least 6 months or a year or maybe more if their time allows.
