because of limiting the usage of electricity from tomorrow, I won't be able to use internet that much,but I just have things enough to go on.

It might take years to overcome but I think Japan will recover somehow.

Hi everyone

It's been a while since the disaster last year. Thanks for all your support, I'm doing fine. It marked 2 years since my surgery and ended follow up a few weeks ago. I say 97 % recovered and 100 % satisfied. that 3 % is to remind myself that I became bionic and artificial device is not better than the disc you have(had) when you were born.

I am here in Bogen, Germany again in hospital room.
I came here with a friend for his cervical ADR by Dr.B. He is a surgeon. A neurosurgeon (brain,not spine)and none of his colleagues wanted to do fusion to him in my country. He started to have paralyzed of all his upper and lower limbs and it's judged as urgent and we came here.

His surgery is done successfully and I just go back and forth from hospital room to intensive care in Bogen Hospital. He already smiles and told me that about 80 % of his numbness in his hand is decreased. It's very first night and just several hours from the op. Dr.B and Dr. FM came to my room together right after the surgery and told me everything's O.K. in very calm manner as usual.

We shaked hands firmly as we did 2 years ago.

My patient friend is discharged from hospital. He is the first doctor who received ADR in my country

.counting down to go home now. surgery was total success.I had no damage from the earthquake > Katie Some of my friend did though. one of my friend is fixing town which is his job.My country is probably only advanced nation which doesn't have choice of ADR for spine patients. Can you imagine your people just receive only fusions without knowing ADR ?

I think I will come back here in May for other patient friend.KenG from Alcatraz, OUT.
