I get the same effect from them, but they do relieve my pain. What I did was not take them a few hours before bed and would take a couple of muscle relaxers for sleep. I might try that.... I have an odd/aggressive pain guy who I have seen once; gave me Dilautid; Scary! He wants to do an epidural, but he does not do pain pumps or SCS's.... I wish I could have had an Active L, by the way. Also, he wants to try me on Fentenyl or Methodone; both of these are scary.
