Up-date after 3 months! Doing great, I am FINALLY able to wear my HEELS..... I know my legs are getting stronger.

I can walk miles presently without any problems. I started Prolotherapy which reaaaallllllyyyyy strenghtened my SI ligaments which were injured with the compression of the nerves (4 yrs). The pain mgt Doctor (actual Doc who gives me prolo treatments) has now suggested to start physio to get my muscles stretched.
Physio has always been hard on me. I am starting next wk.

Thanks to Rob Wilson who advised me to look into Prolotherapy.

I remember the last surgeon's words (India) saying that in 6 mths, I would be a complete different person. He was soooo right.

Sorry, I hardly visit this forum as my mom had spine surgery (79yrs old/2 1/2 mths ago). Fusion from T9 to L5 with a severe scoliosis/spondelythesis. I am so glad my improvement is going well so I could take care of her.
She was 26 days in the hospital with 6 wks in Rehab.
Finally next wk, she will be realeased to go home.

For those who suffer post surgery, remember please, there is help. Don't give up easily.

Anyone who needs help, please do not hesitate to PM me directly.

Rose, what a wonderful, refreshing post. I couldn't be happier for you. I don't know much, if anything, about the prolotherapy, but good for you that it has worked! You sound like one terrific daughter too. God bless you and your Mom. Hey, don't be a stranger! So good to hear from you.

Congrats ... I want to learn about Prolotherapy. Where should I go in delaware for that?
C4-5: Mild disc height loss with central annular fissure. Small broad-based left paracentral disc protrusion. Moderate central canal stenosis-the disc protrusion abuts and mildly flattens the left ventral surface of the spinal canal.

C5-6: Disc desiccation with mild height loss.Diffuse discosteophyte bulge and uncovertebral joint hypertrophy, moderate central canal stenosis- Severe neuroforaminal stenosis bilaterally, right greater than left

    Hi JK,

PM me and will send you some articles. Then may be google in your area, you may find someone trained. From what I know, Chicago is the best place in the US with Dr. Hauser.
This is where Rob Wilson goes.

My Doctor is a pain management, so it helps a lot.

    Let me know.

Also, thank you Kathy, Justin, Alison and Cindylou. Hope all is going well with you guys.
