Default Nine Years on post ADR

    Folks,
I don't get here often, because I've got my own UK spine website to run.
I just want to tell everyone that on the 26th of this month I had ADR 9 years ago and don't regret a minute of it.

The first 12 months was recovery and had its difficult moments, if you're going to undergo the surgery you need courage.

I know I am a few days ahead of myself – – – I wish all the patients here and the administrators the very best of luck and good fortune in the future.
    Best wishes to everybody
    Alastair

Alastair had a Charite implanted at L5/S1 by Dr. Zeegers in 2002 (if I remember the year correctly). Alastair is 75 years old and is retired. He's a dear friend and a great guy.
