Went for my first physio session this morning (had my assessment last week). I pulled a muscle doing something at the weekend (ok i confess, i over-reached for something) and despite this being sore I feel so much better having had some loosening out done on the area. I'm off to see the podiatrist in a bit to see if he agrees that my left foot, which is still suffering from foot drop, needs a support. Its had the worst history of ankle joint problems on this side so I'm not sure what he'll recommend. Its not huge progress but any little nudges in the right direction are welcome.
