Ive joined a lot of online forums, so i thought i would join one more in hopes of finding cases similar to me. I am week 10 after a posterior Micro-D on c5/6 herniation. Main persistent symptoms are arm weakness and atrophy of certain muscles, which still have not started to get stronger or grow at all.
